How To Control Premature Ejaculation

Hey guys,

Click here if you’re looking for my ten tips to last longer in bed.

Premature ejaculation is the number one sexual dysfunction in men and it is thought to affect at least one in five males.

It is particularly prevalent in young men that are experiencing sexual activity for the first time and any man with a new sexual partner because sexual excitement is at it’s peak during these times.

Premature ejaculation can put pressure on a relationship and sometimes relationships can be destroyed because of it.

The pressure that a man puts on himself or that his sexual partner puts on him can affect him psychologically leading to stress anxiety and depression, so finding ways to control and fix premature ejaculation is very important.

Having suffered from premature ejaculation myself, I know just how distressing it can be. However, I also know that a lot of cases can be cured using these two easy-to-follow steps, which I have called my FB Technique.

F is for FOCUS

When you feel that your orgasm is close, force your mind to FOCUS on something non-sexual. This can be anything from a maths problem, to a movie you watched recently or even a ridiculous image created by your imagination. The important thing is to take your mind off the sex for a whilst you let the desire to ejaculate subside.

B is for BREATHING

If you are too close to ejaculation to FOCUS, use the BREATHING technique. Simply take a long slow inhalation of air into your lungs and slowly breathe it out. When men reach orgasm they often tense up the muscles in their body. Taking a long deep breath forces the body to relax and subdues the ejaculatory reflex preventing orgasm. If it doesn’t prevent your orgasm completely, it will at least give you enough time to move on to the FOCUS technique.

These two simple tried-and-tested techniques have been successful for many men who wanted to learn how to control premature ejaculation. Try them yourself during your next few sexual encounters and hopefully you’ll be amazed at the results.

If you continue to have problems, it may be that the cause of your condition is deep-rooted into your psyche or you are suffering from a physical disease (check out my article titled ‘Why can’t I last long in bed?‘ for a list of common causes).
